AL Continuous Improvement Plan (ACIP)

At Tuscaloosa Magnet Schools – Elementary, our Alabama Continuous Improvement Plan (ACIP) serves as a road map for strengthening teaching, learning, and school operations each year. The ACIP outlines our goals, the strategies we use to meet them, and the steps we take to ensure every student grows during their academic journey both in their knowledge, and in their social-emotional well being in order to be their best self.

This plan is created through a collaborative process involving administrators, teachers, and district support. It is guided by state requirements and student data. By reviewing our progress and refining our approaches annually, the ACIP helps us maintain high expectations and a learning environment where all students can thrive.
